レンタカー利用規約 / Rental Terms and Conditions
1. 運転資格 / Driving Qualifications
有効な運転免許証を所持していることが必要です。国際免許証または日本の運転免許証が必要です。
A valid driver's license is required. International or Japanese driver's license must be presented.
2. 使用目的 / Purpose of Use
法律に違反しない正当な目的でのみ車両を使用してください。営利目的や第三者への貸し出しは禁止です。
Use vehicles only for lawful and legitimate purposes. Commercial use or lending to third parties is prohibited.
3. 事故・損傷時の対応 / Accident and Damage Handling
事故や損傷があった場合は、速やかに警察および当社に連絡してください。保険の適用外は利用者負担となります。
In case of accidents or damages, immediately contact the police and the company. Users bear costs not covered by insurance.
4. 車両返却 / Vehicle Return
契約時に指定された日時・場所に車両を返却してください。返却遅延は追加料金の対象となります。
Return the vehicle at the specified time and place. Late returns will incur additional fees.
